Our Story
Born from a Real Need
Live Smart Wellness was founded in 2025 by Julia and Peter after searching for practical ways to support their own health and energy while managing busy lives. Between Julia's frequent work travel and Peter's many talents and projects, life was constantly on the move—made even fuller by raising two young children.
During this time, they were introduced to hydrogen water technology. After learning about the science and experiencing the benefits themselves, they quickly became believers. While they tested several hydrogen water bottles on the market, they felt there was an opportunity to create something better—something thoughtfully designed, effective, and accessible for everyday life.
That vision led to the creation of Live Smart Wellness and their first product H2Drate — an on-the-go electrolyte and hydrogen antioxidant drink mix.
